Intermodal Transportation Hub Study for Central Oklahoma

The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments, the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Oklahoma City Area Regional Transportation Study (OCARTS) area, is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct an Intermodal Transportation Hub Study for Central Oklahoma.

The chosen consultant (or team of sub-consultants working under a prime consultant) will be required to conduct the tasks in accordance with the Scope of Services described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).

Consulting firms responding to the RFP must demonstrate experience with this type of study and possess knowledge of planning, engineering, design and operation of transit systems; transportation modeling; ridership forecasting; capital and operating cost analysis and transit supportive development culminating in a recommended site, conceptual layout, costs, and phasing for an intermodal transportation connection point.
