Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)
Transportation Alternatives Program
The Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) is a program through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) and is a set-aside of the Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG) program. TAP funds projects such as pedestrian and bicycle facilities, recreational trails, and other multimodal improvements (such as ADA enhancements and bike share expansion).
