The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) will host two public availability sessions this week in Oklahoma City. The events are part of a larger effort to seek public comment on Encompass 2040, the Draft Plan for the Oklahoma City Area Regional Transportation Study area. The plan serves as Central Oklahoma’s guide for investing more than $10 billion in its multi-modal transportation system between 2010 and 2040.
Asian District
The first session is 8-9:30 a.m., Tuesday, October 4, in the Asian District at Lee’s Sandwiches, 3300 N. Classen Boulevard. Let us know you’re coming to Lee’s via the Facebook event.
Northeast OKC
The second session is 12-1:30 p.m., Friday, October 7, at Ralph Ellison Library, 2000 NE 23rd Street, Oklahoma City. Let us know you’re coming to Ralph Ellison Library via the Facebook event.

An interpreter for the Vietnamese-speaking community will be available at Lee’s, and copies of the plan in Vietnamese will also be provided.
Final Adoption
ACOG’s Intermodal Transportation Policy Committee will consider final adoption of Encompass 2040 at 1:20 p.m., Thursday, October 27, 2016, in the ACOG Board Room, 21. E. Main Street, Suite 100, Oklahoma City.
