The Oklahoma Department of Commerce has issued an RFP seeking state agencies or local governments who are interested in funding for external and or internal lighting energy efficiency installation that will reduce utility cost for public buildings and/or public spaces. Examples include courthouses, jails, offices, city halls, and parking facilities.

All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing and are to be emailed no later than 3 p.m. CST, on February 08, 2019. Questions received after this date will not be answered Written answers to questions, changes, and or clarifications will be posted at the ODOC website by 3 p.m. CST on February 12.
