The Rural Economic Action Plan (REAP) Grant program was created through legislation in 1996 to improve life in rural Oklahoma.  It’s purpose is to assist small communities, towns, counties and unincorporated areas with populations under 7,000, which have little or nor funding capabilities.

Towns, cities or unincorporated areas in central Oklahoma with a population under 7,000 are required to attend a REAP workshop to review the REAP application and have any questions answered.
