The Oklahoma Department of Commerce developed the CDBG-REAP program in partnership with Oklahoma’s 11 Sub-State Planning Districts (SSPD) to make a greater impact on each district by matching an applicant’s requested CDBG REAP funds and State appropriated REAP funds dollar for dollar on each eligible project in their respective area.
