How Can a Leader Inspire, Set Directions & Influence, Particularly When Times are Tough?

Join the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) and Leadership OKC for a Leadership Symposium that explores the ways in which leaders can engage with their constituency across differences, answer difficult questions, adapt, and make confident decisions despite uncertainty.

Also:
  • Engage in a workshop meant to enable you with the tools of making good decisions as leaders
  • Receive a leadership toolkit to assist you as you manage pandemic recovery efforts in your community
  • Contribute to moving Central Oklahoma forward in terms of economic development and workforce innovation by becoming part of a leadership network equipped with strategies for leading in the new relevant economy

Leadership For Sustainability: Strategies for Tackling Wicked Problems

Solving today’s environmental and sustainability challenges requires more than expertise and technology. Effective solutions will require that we engage with other people, wrestle with difficult questions, and learn how to adapt and make confident decisions despite uncertainty. We need new approaches to leadership that empower professionals at all levels to tackle wicked problems and work towards sustainability.
