BACKGROUND

Clean Cities advances the nation’s environmental, economic, and energy security by supporting local actions to reduce petroleum use in transportation. Clean Cities is an initiative of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Vehicle Technologies Program. Central Oklahoma Clean Cities is hosted by the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG). We focus on projects that reduce transportation operating costs and increase access to new fuel sources such as electricity, compressed natural gas, propane autogas, biodiesel, ethanol, and more.
