Charlotte Adcock serves as the Assistant Planner – Multimodal, in the Transportation & Planning Services Division. She works on multimodal transportation planning including coordination of bicycle, pedestrian and transit; monitoring regional bicycle and pedestrian improvements; coordinating with ODOT on TAP grant projects and providing support for Open Streets initiatives.

Stuart Campbell is an Assistant Planner in the Transportation & Planning Services Division. He supports both short-range and long-range regional planning efforts including working on transportation safety projects, performance-based planning initiatives and assisting with project evaluation and monitoring.
