Notice of Public Hearing Concerning Proposed Amendment to the FFY 2018-2021 Transportation Improvement Program for the Oklahoma City Transportation Management Area

Notice is Hearby Given

Notice is hereby given that the Intermodal Transportation Policy Committee (ITPC) of the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG), the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, will consider amending the FFY 2018-2021 Oklahoma City Area Regional Transportation Study (OCARTS) Area Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) during its next regular meeting. The ITPC meeting will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 1:20 p.m. in the ACOG Board Room, at 4205 N Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City.

Federal-Aid Funding

The OCARTS Area TIP is a short-range program which describes the intermodal transportation improvements proposed for Federal-aid funding within the Oklahoma City metropolitan area during the TIP period (Oct. 1, 2017 – Sept. 30, 2021), as requested by various communities and transportation agencies.

CART FFY 2019 Transit ELement

If approved by the MPO, the following FFY 2018 TIP amendment will be forwarded to ODOT for inclusion in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP): CART FFY 2019 Transit Element: Revised Program of Projects

The OCARTS Area TIP has been approved by the MPO and the Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT), as the Governor’s designee, and all projects listed in the TIP are consistent with the OCARTS Long-Range Transportation Plan.
