VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR BIKE/PED COUNT
The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) is looking for volunteers to count the number of bicyclists and pedestrians on select area trails and roadways.
This data will help city planners, engineers, and residents better understand how many people are using these facilities. It also helps track historic trends in use and supports continued investment in these facilities.
The 2-hour counts will take place at several locations in Oklahoma City on Thursday, May 27 and Saturday, May 29. ACOG will provide documentation forms, clip boards, and instructions to all volunteers.
